book review: fight night by miriam toews

Fight Night by Miriam Toews = fav book of 2022 so far

I read this book 1/1-1/2 and it basically set me up for a great reading year…and a lot to live up to.

quick sheet:

-young, witty narrator

-loveable, all female cast

-incredible prose and voice

I definitely cried at the end with the characters and for them, for the strength, love, wonder, and hope they share with one another and the world.
